Description and uses: Natural country with more or less 1.200 meters in front of Collón Curá River. It is good for several uses like foresting, lodging, fishing, hunting, and an ideal place for livestock or tourism.
It has an especial microclimate good for foresting (as you can see in the near ranch known as Quemquetreu Ranch). It is situated at 1.000 meters down, at the meeting with Chimehuin River, word known as the best fishing river. It has got a natural source of water. It is wired fenced. No building. No electricity.
